This Commemorative brick doubles as a key chain and was given out at the 1997 Lego Benefits Fair. This is one of the two Duplo Promotional bricks that I know of that Lego made into a key chain. As you can see in the picture below the brick has the Lego Logo and BENEFITS FAIR 1997 written at the top. A Lego minifig wearing a red hat and suit that is standing behind a podium that says ONE STOP SHOPPING printed on it. There is no printing on the back side of the brick.
